來自美國拉斯維加斯的獨立搖滾樂團Panic! At The Disco已經公佈，他們將於今年3月29日正式發行一張全新的錄音室專輯《Vices & Virtues》，這張專輯是Panic! At The Disco樂隊自吉他手瑞安-羅斯(Ryan Ross)和貝斯手喬-沃克(Jon Walker)兩位原成員離隊之後他們推出的首張專輯。
據瞭解，這張《Vices & Virtues》是Panic! At The Disco樂隊近三年以來的首張專輯，由粉紅佳人(Pink)和Weezer的製作人布奇-沃克(Butch Walker)以及曾與The Used樂隊和Neon Trees合作過的約翰-菲爾德曼(John Feldmann)聯手製作。2008年，Panic! At The Disco樂隊的上張專輯《Pretty. Odd。》在美國公告牌專輯榜中曾獲得亞軍的好成績，據Nielsen SoundScan統計顯示，截至目前，這張《Pretty. Odd。》一共賣出了41萬9千張。
新專輯《Vices & Virtues》中的首支打榜單曲《The Ballad of Mona Lisa》將於當地時間2月1日正式面世，不久之後，由肖恩-德雷克(Shane Drake)指導拍攝的音樂錄影帶也將發行。在此之前，Panic! At The Disco樂隊由德雷克指導拍攝的《I Write Sins Not Tragedies》的音樂錄影帶曾獲得過美國MTV音樂錄影帶大獎。作為Panic! At The Disco樂隊2005年處子大碟《A Fever You Can't Sweat Out》中的主打單曲，這首歌的成功直接帶動了那張專輯的熱銷。據統計，《A Fever You Can't Sweat Out》到目前為止的銷量一共超過了180萬張。
《Vices & Virtues》是Panic! At The Disco樂隊第一次以兩人陣容發專輯，樂隊目前的兩位成員分別是主唱布蘭登-尤里(Brendon Urie)和鼓手斯賓塞-史密斯(Spencer Smith)，主唱尤里同時還負責演奏多種樂器。而樂隊的另外兩位成員、原吉他手羅斯和原貝斯手沃克在離開Panic! At The Disco之後組建了一支名叫Young Veins的樂隊。
