2011年，台灣陣頭表演藝術代表團體「九天民俗技藝團」
啟動了一個空前的冒險計畫
將曙光少年（年輕時犯錯的少年）的修行，直接送去挑戰：
全球超馬屆最富盛名的「撒哈拉超級馬拉松」
7天，250公里，在超過攝氏50度的撒哈拉，扛著三太子神偶去征服
這個故事完整記錄在「行者三太子．迎向曙光」紀錄片當中。
而這張專輯，就是這篇冒險史詩的聲音。
「如果說影像是在說故事，那麼電影配樂，
應該是完成影像沒有說出的另一種旁白。
而這種旁白，會說出言語沒能表達的最深處。」

The Flush Of Dawn-Original Soundtrack
In 2011, the Chio-Tian Folk Drums & Arts Group, a representative of “parade formation performance art” in Taiwan, launched an unprecedentedly adventurous project: to send a group of youths with delinquent pasts to participate in the world’s most prestigious ultramarathon—the Marathon Des Sables. For 7 days, the youths carried a statue of the Third Lotus Prince through the Sahara Desert, covering 250 km in temperatures over 50 degrees Celsius. The story is fully chronicled in the documentary film “The Flush of Dawn”. The album hereby submitted is the sound of that epic adventure.
“If images tell a story, then a movie soundtrack is another kind of narration that completes what the images have left unsaid. This narration, moreover, will express the deepest things that language cannot.”
