葛洛莉雅·蓋諾（英語：Gloria Gaynor，1949年9月7日－），原名葛洛莉雅·佛雷斯（Gloria Fowles），生於美國新澤西州紐華克，美國歌手，以詮釋廸斯可樂風的歌曲聞名，最著名的單曲有《I Will Survive》及《Never Can Say Goodbye》等，而《I Will Survive》後來被新秀幫黃寶欣改編成由林振強填詞的遺作《說謊的東西》。

Gloria Gaynor的生平簡介
1949年生於紐澤西州的一個小鎮，少女時代就決心闖蕩歌壇，1974年以一首Never Can Say Goodbye成為唱片史上最早發行以迪斯可舞廳為對象的舞曲藝人，專輯中的歌曲沒有分段以連續的方式發行以方便舞廳唱片騎師(DJ)播放，也造成了一股轟動，由於這張專輯裡結合了'Honey Bee' 、'Never Can Say Goodbye' 、'Reach Out (I''ll Be There)'大為轟動、在 1975年三月，全美迪斯可舞廳DJ聯盟在紐約舉行的年度票選中，共同票選出'Gloria Gaynor'為迪斯可女王。

不久這個光環很快被Donna Summer給搶走。
更不幸的在1978年 春天'Gloria Gaynor'在歐洲登台時不小心跌落舞台，使得'Gloria Gaynor'脊髓受損並臥病在床達9個月之久，加上復健期間母親又去世，這許多的打擊幾乎讓她崩潰，康復後她努力振作，找來了兩位製作人'Dino Fekaris'、'Freddie Perren'共同寫下這首'I Will Survive'證明自己戰勝了怯懦，這首'I Will Survive'的推出，便將'Gloria Gaynor'推上事業的巔峰就如同歌詞所寫到的'I''ve Got All My Life To Live，I Will Survive一樣。但是一開始唱片公司並不是看好這首歌，只將他放在B Side，不料各地的DJ很快就注意到這首歌的潛力，紛紛的大力播放，也使的唱片公司不得不改變政策將這首歌改為主打歌，1978年12月這首歌開始進榜從87名一直竄升到6周冠軍，1980年這首歌更是獲得了葛萊美獎史上唯一的一座'最佳迪斯可錄音'大獎，'I Will Survive'也從此成為經典，不但在各地迪斯可舞廳大受歡迎，也多次被電影收錄為插曲其中包括1992年首映的德國電影走出寂靜(Beyond Silence) 、1992年的神鬼戰士(Gladiator)、1994年的你是我今生的新娘(Four Weddings & A Funeral )、1999年女狼俱樂部(Coyote Ugly)、1999年月亮上的男人(Man On The Moon )、2000 的十全大補男(The Replacements) 1994年的沙漠妖姬 (The Adventures Of Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert)都曾經使用過這首歌曲來當作插曲。
'I Will Survive'這首1979年蟬連6周冠軍白金曲，成為當時70年代Disco必備歌曲，法國世界盃足球隊開賽歌選用此曲；最重要的是，此曲也被滾石評為100首最偉大的作品之一。

而後女權團體與同性戀組織也紛紛的看上它，把它當作活動的主題曲，象徵這些社會上的弱勢族群爭取自我權力的決心，甚至到現在很多的同志酒吧還有扮裝皇后都紛紛的以這首歌當作表演曲，也由於沙漠妖姬的受歡迎，使得這首歌在首次發行十五年後又再度登上澳洲排行榜冠軍寶座!

1983 年，知名的音樂劇'一籠傻鳥'也使用了他的另外一首歌'I am what I am'當作插曲，結果這首歌在英國打進了排行榜前二十名。

也由於同志團體對於'Gaynor'多首單曲的支持，也使的他與'瑪丹娜'同樣名列為同志最擁戴的女藝人之一，在2003年丹麥首都哥本哈根舉行了一場4萬人的同性戀大遊行，重頭戲就是來自美國的迪斯可女王'葛洛莉雅蓋諾'的演唱會，現場萬人鑽動，場面浩大讓歌迷的情緒也high到最高點。
2005年九月19日'Gaynor'更與'I Will Survive'一同被獲選列入美國紐約的'舞曲名人堂Dance Music Hall of Fame'以表揚她的貢獻!
如今Gloria Gaynor依然活躍於各個地方，現場巡迴表演，電視通告，錄製新專輯等等，她更致力於從事各項的公益活動，尤其是對於福音以及兒童關懷基金會的運作,而她的生命更像她的經典曲 I will Survive一樣,不斷不斷的見證浴火重生!!!
