五佳人（或稱：五美組合，英語：Fifth Harmony，通常簡稱為5H），是2012年7月在《X音素》(The X Factor)節目第二季成軍的美國流行女子團體。成員有艾莉·布魯克·赫南德茲（Ally Brooke Hernandez）、諾曼妮·柯戴（Normani Kordei）、狄娜·珍·漢森（Dinah Jane Hansen）、及蘿倫·豪瑞吉（Lauren Jauregui）。

在她們離開《X音素》之後，她們釋出首張單曲《Miss Movin' On》且在美國告示牌獲得第76名，也因在數位下載銷售破五十萬，被美國唱片業協會（RIAA）認證金獎。 首張EP《Better Together》於2013發表 ，在US Billboard 200上第一週就取得了第六。五佳人更在2014年MTV音樂錄影帶大獎贏得了最值得關注新人。

五佳人在2015年2月發表了她們的首張錄音室專輯《Reflection》。一公開就在Billboard 200上獲得了第五, 第一週就賣了80000個單元，而且也被贊助展開第一場巡迴演唱會「the Reflection Tour」。所有這張專輯上的單曲：〈BO$$〉、〈Sledgehammer〉和〈Worth It〉(feat. Kid Ink) 都被美國唱片業協會認證白金獎。在達到Billboard Hot 100的第12名後，〈Worth It〉也成為了此團的第一首top 15主打。〈Worth It〉在其他八個國家入圍了前十名。五佳人以最成功的《X音素》女畢業生之姿脫穎而出，也被標榜是從《X音素》系列中出來最有影響力的參賽者。 粉絲名稱為Harmonizer。

Fifth Harmony 組合最開始的名字叫 'LYLAS' (縮寫 Love You Like A Sister)（譯：像姐姐一樣愛你），但是另一組'The Lylas' 稱他們抄襲名字。因此 LYLAS改名為1432（譯：我也愛你),這是在2012年10月31日的第一次現場演出宣布，其間1432表演泰勒斯的「 We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together 」 。 Simon Cowell和L.A. Reid批評了這個新名字，Cowell建議該團體重新命名。 在2012年11月1日的一次現場比賽中，1432表演Demi Lovato的「Skyscraper」。Simon決定讓1432通過到前12名，他宣布他們將被線上觀眾重新命名， 公開選擇「Fifth Harmony」。
