- Ce'Cile（1974年2月24日，在牙買加曼徹斯特教區出生的Cecile Charlton），是來自牙買加金斯敦的音樂家。她是當今最著名的舞蹈藝術家之一。
Ce'Cile在牙買加Porus和Mile Gully長大，她的大部分年輕人都在Mandeville，她的祖父曾經擔任市長。
