Debbie Gibson這位八零年代中期掘起的青春偶像，不但能唱又能寫，近年來她將名字改成Deborah Ann Gibson，繼續從事音樂事業。她曾在不少百老匯音樂劇演出，也會參與獨立電影和電視的工作。目前她手上已有自己所寫的兩部音樂劇等待發表。
