This came out on Chess (actually Checker 1129), but Bobby Moore and the
Rhythm Aces weren't from Chicago; they were actually from Birmingham and
recorded this at Muscle Shoals. Chess had been leasing sides since the
early 50s (most notably from Sam Phillips at Sun) and merely picked this
up for national distribution. However, its success (#1 R&B, #27 pop) -
not to mention that of subsequent Atlantic acts (Percy Sledge, Wilson
Pickett, and Aretha Franklin) who recorded at Muscle Shoals - encouraged
Chess to start recording many of their own artists (particularly Etta James)
there.

Bobby Moore, incidentally, was bandleader and saxist; the lead vocal was
actually by guitarist Chico Jenkins. -- AWR
