They became one giant and much stronger self controlled human memory program, and the codename was Karnosiris.
Mainframe failed to format the infected section of the Q-Web before the infection reached the Q-Web Administration Access Point.
Karnosiris captured all the post-life memories from the Q-Web before Osiris 1 could use them.
X-Karna was able to send all of them back to the preserved human brains via the Converter and separate himself from Osiris 1, and hence cancelled out the similar but negative integers of Osiris 1.
As a result, they neutralized each other.
The Q-Web disappeared.
