16歲的安蒂和11歲的弟弟布魯斯本是孤兒，收養他們的家庭禁止養寵物，因此安蒂必須幫他們的狗狗“飛弟”找一個新家。他們偶然發現一座廢棄的旅館，在社工與寵物店店員的幫忙下，他們將破爛的旅館，改裝為功能齊全的「狗狗旅館」，除越來越多無家可歸的狗狗們聚集在這裡，警察也注意到這地方，姊弟倆必須使出渾身解數才能確保狗狗旅館的秘密不會曝光！
